A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Fiorella Kukuli, a Peruvian graphic designer based in Berlin with a love for branding, packaging, and anything that tells a good visual story. I have a background in Organizational Psychology, which means I tend to think a lot about why people do what they do — and how design can speak to that.
My work is driven by curiosity and empathy. I enjoy creating visual identities that feel true to a brand’s personality, but also connect with people on a deeper level. Whether I’m working on a startup’s packaging or a brand refresh, I aim to design with intention, not just aesthetics.
Open to new opportunities and new connections.
Let’s connect!
Before design, I studied psychology, and it still shapes the way I approach my work. I’m always thinking about how people perceive visuals, what motivates them, and how a brand’s tone, color, or layout can influence emotion or decision-making. For me, branding isn’t just a logo, it’s how a brand feels when someone first encounters it.
I see design as a way to bridge ideas and people, to make something not just beautiful, but meaningful, strategic, and human.
WHY PSYCHOLOGY MATTERS IN MY DESIGN
MY JOURNEY
I didn’t take the straight road into design. I started in psychology, fascinated by human behavior and decision-making. That curiosity led me to digital marketing, and then into the world of visual communication — where I realized I could combine all of it: emotion, strategy, and creativity.
Since then, I’ve been building my path as a designer, always learning, and always aiming to create work that resonates. I’m especially drawn to projects with purpose — whether in health, social good, or lifestyle — where design can make a real impact.
MY EXPERIENCE
II hold a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from Berlin International University, and a Bachelor's in Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Lima. My background allows me to approach design with both strategic depth and creative intuition — connecting brand purpose with real human impact.
I was selected as one of only five creatives to join the Anomaly Berlin Unschool program, a competitive three-month creative incubator run by the global ad agency Anomaly. There, I had the opportunity to work on real client briefs for brands like Tonies, Lidl, and even the German rapper CRO, alongside a team of industry mentors. The program sharpened my conceptual thinking, taught me to challenge creative norms, and gave me a deeper understanding of branding across different industries and audiences.
Following Unschool, I began freelancing with clients like Oviva, where I collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to design performance-driven Meta ads across multiple formats. I’ve also worked on packaging design for brand launches, helping emerging brands translate their story into meaningful visual systems that stand out both digitally and on the shelf.
From branding and advertising to packaging and campaign rollouts, I aim to create design that’s not only visually strong but strategically grounded — and always with the user in mind.
